This +AD’s first release from KEI KOHARA is house music of the highest quality with a remix package to match. KEI has appeared on Global Harmony and Silly Spider Records, his Global Harmony release ‘Midnight Express’ came with remixes from Mike Monday and Richley & Rivera and was supported by Kevin Saunderson, DJ Rolando and many others. KEI’s original mix takes up the entire A-side, and it’s a gorgeous blend of flowing string lines, piano lines and female vocals that is set to be everywhere, especially Ibiza over the summer months.
On the b-side CHESTER BEATTY, who has appeared on Tresor, MB Elektronics, Phont and Disq provides a classy remix, toughening up the drums and adding classic Detroit pads. Finally RENNIE FOSTER from Futago Traxx, Synewave, Bipolar and Phatt Phunk takes us on a trip back to 1988 with a true acid house piano line and jackin’ Phuture-style drums.
All in all this is a great release for +AD, and the label has moved into house music territory with style. With heavy promotion to house and techno DJ’s we expect this is going to be one of our biggest releases this summer.
